This information will be provided to the insurance company and affiliate partners when a quote is created or you choose to purchase an insurance policy. This is so they can provide an accurate quote and establish you as a policyholder, if you choose to make a purchase. We will maintain a secure record of your information at The Legacy Guardian's office so we can provide you with policyholder service and maintain compliance with regulatory agencies. The employees of The Legacy Guardians are each required to sign and acknowledge a Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement. All employees are instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the importance of protecting the customer's personal information.
If you choose to share any personal information with us, we may store and use it for internal marketing research and other marketing purposes, which may include sharing limited information with other business partners, as needed. We will never sell your information to any other company.
When you purchase an insurance policy from The Legacy Guardians, you will pay the premiums with your credit card or with an electronic draft from your bank account. If you use your credit card to pay the premium, your credit card information is deleted from our records after your purchase has been authorized. A transaction number will typically be available to you on your Binder of Insurance. You may use this transaction number as a reference to the credit card purchase. We do not keep a record of your credit card information. If you pay the premium using your checking or savings account, we will keep a copy of your check or other proof of banking information in your file.
